Zulu & Zephyr offers returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and hygiene seals intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are attached to avoid processing delays.
Ship the Package
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Processing and Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
